Sewing and embroidery in one compact machine

Good to know before you buy: the Creative 1.5 is a previous model that Pfaff no longer lists on its US site. It has a small graphic display and keypad, not a color touch screen, and no Wi-Fi, so designs load from a USB stick. One hoop is included, and the largest area is 240 x 150 mm.

Expert tip

"Before you embroider, turn the machine off, disengage the IDT system and change to the embroidery/free-motion foot 6 and an embroidery needle. Hoop the fabric with stabilizer so it's drum-tight, and never force the hoop's quick release. Copy the designs from the included USB stick to your computer the day the machine arrives, so you keep those 86 designs even if the stick goes missing."
