The genuine Miele SBD 365-3 AllTeQ is a universal floorhead for Miele canister vacuums that handles both carpet and hard floors. A foot switch lowers the bristles for hard floors and retracts them for carpet and rugs, and rubberized rollers protect hard floors from scratches. It's the standard floorhead on most current Miele canisters and a direct replacement if yours is worn or broken. You get one floorhead, Miele part number 11805640.

Not sure which vacuum you have? The model name is on the rating plate on the underside of the canister. Older Miele canisters, such as the S-series or Complete C2 and C3, aren't on Miele's current list, so send us the model and we'll confirm the fit.

• Rubberized rollers. Miele uses rubberized rollers to prevent scratches on hard floors.

The wand and hose aren't included. The AllTeQ connects to the end of your vacuum's existing wand.

How to use it

• Attach it: switch off the vacuum, take your current floorhead off the end of the wand, and push the AllTeQ on until it locks in place.
• Hard floors: press the foot switch to lower the bristles before you vacuum wood, tile, laminate or vinyl.
• Carpet and rugs: press the foot switch to retract the bristles so the head glides on the carpet.
• Pick the right power: use your vacuum's carpet or hard-floor setting to match the surface.

Is this the floorhead that came with my Miele?

If you own a Guard L1, a Classic C1 Pure Suction or Home Care, a Boost CX1, a Blizzard CX1 PureSuction or most Guard M1 models, yes. Miele ships the SBD 365-3 with those models.

Will it fit my Classic C1 Cat & Dog or Blizzard CX1 TurboTeam?

Yes. Miele lists it for every current Classic C1 and Blizzard CX1, so you can add it as an everyday floorhead alongside the turbobrush or electrobrush.

AllTeQ, turbobrush or Parquet Twister?

The AllTeQ handles mixed floors with one head. The STB 305-3 TurboTeQ adds a spinning brush for hair on short-pile carpet, and the SBB 300-3 Parquet Twister has soft natural bristles for sensitive hard floors.

Will it scratch my hard floors?

Miele fits the AllTeQ with rubberized rollers to prevent scratches. Lower the bristles before you vacuum a hard floor so the head rides on them rather than its plastic base.
