Expert tip

"The 950 comes with a second, black bobbin case. When you move a straight stitch to the left needle position, for example to piece with the straight stitch plate, swap it in; the screen shows a symbol when it's recommended. If an accessory is mounted in the two small holes in the needle plate, don't press the cut button, because it can interfere with the thread cutter underneath."
