Baby Lock Love of Sewing Membership Level 3 (2-Year Service Plan with SEWED Classes)

The Baby Lock Love of Sewing Membership Level 3 is Baby Lock's two-year service, support and education plan for its Level 3 machines: everyday sewing and quilting machines such as the Soprano and Jazz II, the Aurora embroidery and sewing machine, sergers such as the Celebrate, and the Genuine Collection models such as the Brilliant and Joy. It pairs yearly maintenance and covered repairs from a Baby Lock-certified technician with unlimited SEWED online classes for the full term. Baby Lock describes it as an extension of the manufacturer's warranty, not an insurance plan.

What's included

• Yearly maintenance and support from a Baby Lock-certified technician.
• Repairs, parts and labor covered, with the exclusions Baby Lock lists below.
• Unlimited SEWED online classes for the length of your membership: more than 1,300 classes taught by Baby Lock Education experts, from machine setup to specialty features and projects.
• Coverage that stays with the machine. If you sell your machine, the remaining membership can transfer to the new owner through an authorized Baby Lock retailer.

Not covered: cosmetic damage, damage from abuse or accidents, bobbins, presser feet, needles, hoops and other consumables and accessories, damage from non-Baby Lock devices or software, and freight to Baby Lock. Baby Lock's Love of Sewing Membership Policies apply.

How service works when you buy online

Your yearly service and covered repairs are carried out by Imagine Sewing & Vacuum's Baby Lock-certified technicians. Membership service is shop service, so in-home visits aren't part of the plan. Contact us before you order and we'll confirm how yearly service and repairs work for a machine shipped to your home.

After you order, we register your machine's model and serial number with Baby Lock to activate the membership. Baby Lock's policy also directs authorized Baby Lock retailers to service a member's machine even when the membership came from a retailer in another region.

Which level is right for you?

Baby Lock assigns every machine model to one level, so your machine decides which membership you can buy.

• Level 1 (4 years): top-tier machines such as the Venture 2, Altair 2, Reflection, Array and Aerial.
• Level 2 (4 years): machines such as the Vesta, Bloom, Chorus, Ballad and Anthem, and the Triumph and Splendor sergers.

• Classes only: the Love of Knowledge membership and the SEWED 60-Day Membership include online classes but no service plan.
