mySewnet Embroidery Software Silver 2021, Boxed Edition (Windows and Mac)

mySewnet Embroidery Silver 2021 is the entry level of the boxed, one-time-purchase edition of mySewnet Embroidery Software for Windows and Mac. mySewnet describes Silver as the entry to embroidery for people who want to enhance and embellish ready-made designs: add lettering and frames, resize and combine designs, then send them to your machine. This is an older 2021 boxed version: mySewnet is now called CREATIVATE, and the box gets maintenance fixes and new hoop support, not new features.

• Windows: Windows 10 or later, 4 GB of RAM, 4 GB of free disk space.
• Mac: macOS 10.15 Catalina or later with an Intel processor (the only kind CREATIVATE lists), 4 GB of RAM, 4 GB of free disk space.
• Both: a 1280 x 720 display and internet access.
• Wi-Fi send to CREATIVATE (formerly mySewnet) enabled machines: PFAFF creative icon 2, creative icon, creative expression 750 and creative expect 350; Husqvarna Viking Designer Epic 3, Designer Epic 2, Designer Epic, Designer Ruby 90, Designer Sapphire 85, Designer Brilliance 80, Designer Quartz 29 and Designer Topaz 65.
• Other embroidery machines: save in your machine's format, such as .vp3 (Pfaff and Husqvarna Viking), .pes (Brother, Baby Lock, Bernina), .jef (Janome) or .dst (Tajima).

Not a membership. Silver 2021 is a copy you own. New features and unlimited Design Catalog designs come only with a paid CREATIVATE membership.

Not for digitizing. To turn your own artwork or photos into stitches, look at mySewnet Gold 2021 (step-by-step wizards) or mySewnet Platinum 2021 (full digitizing).

What it does

• Editing: center in the hoop, rotate, mirror, resize, align and group, change and sort colors, and build thread lists with Thread Cache.
• Lettering: built-in embroidery fonts in 35 shapes, Name Changer, and QuickFont to make embroidery fonts from your computer's TrueType fonts.
• Decorating: frames, borders and flourishes, SuperDesigns, and Encore to repeat a design in a line, a circle or around the hoop.
• Wizards and preview: Endless and Split Project, plus Life View and Design Player to preview the stitch-out.

Will Silver 2021 work with my embroidery machine?

Very likely. It saves in all the major home embroidery formats, and CREATIVATE-enabled Pfaff and Husqvarna Viking machines can also receive designs over Wi-Fi.

Does it run on a Mac?

Yes, on Intel Macs. CREATIVATE lists only Intel processors, so ask us before ordering for an Apple-silicon Mac.

Is this the newest version?

No. It's the 2021 boxed edition, and mySewnet (now CREATIVATE) has since moved to memberships. Your copy keeps working without one and gets bug fixes and hoop support, not new features.

Can I upgrade from Silver later?

CREATIVATE handles boxed-software upgrades through your dealer. Contact us with the copy you own and we'll check your upgrade options.
